NiteLife is looking for "New Talent" for the
Houston / Pasadena / Clear Lake / Bay Area / Kemah Boardwalk area!

We have upscale and lively crowds that enjoy good music in the Galveston Bay Area and are very interested in promoting new bands and talent to our venues and clients.

Interested in NiteLife's Open Mic and Jam nights? We currently support 3 in the area (Monday in Bacliff, Tuesday in Kemah and Thursday in Clear Lake) We'd like to hear from you! We'll do the Promo and give you a free webpage as Featured Artist!

We want your band & the club to be successful, this takes synergism!!! We are asking all bands/acts to:

1. All gig bookings are done through email and confirmed by email, we will not verbally setup a gig date. All performances are posted on www.kemahcitylimits.com club calendar. Please check your gig dates at least 30 in advance and if there is a conflict (double booking) contact us immediately.
2. The Club will promo as usual
a. In House and Externally
3. The Club will send out weekly “what’s happening” (We market the Club – not the individual bands.
4. you will provide the club with: (all bands asked to do this 3, 4, )
a. poster to display in the club (drop it off or email a printable poster to me) 2 weeks prior to gig date
b. email blast your fans
c. post your gigs on Houston or Galveston events sites (these are all free)

5. Bring a signed 8x10 promo shot of you and your band members for us to hang on our band wall *NEW*
6. Load in and “SOUND Checked” minimum 1 hr before gig time!
7. Any band that doesn’t set up the sound properly will be warned once, then if it happens again asked to leave!
8. the Club is not responsible for any equipment you may leave behind – make sure you pack up and clear the stage the night of your performance – under no circumstances will equipment be left at the club

1) What is your set up like? PA, 3 mics, drums, bass amp and guitar amp.
2) We play for 1/2 an hour? Yes
3) We will arrive about 7 p.m. & start at 8 p.m. (correct). No. Jam starts @ 8pm and the featured artists goes on @ 9:15pm.
